According to the European Health Survey in Spain, 16.5% of men over 18 and 15.5% of women suffer from obesity. In the 35 to 74 age group, this percentage increases to 44.9%, in the case of men, and to 30.6% in women.

This is why at DKV we believe that it is necessary to offer our insured persons different services on nutrition and diet. If you see yourself reflected in this study, or if you simply want to have good eating habits, read on.
