Therefore, we are proud to present our personalised prevention plans.

This new feature only displays plans that suit your profile based on your age and sex. In addition, subject to your consent, your coach will have access to your indicators and health folder for further personalisation, monitoring of tests and referrals to other specialists.

In this new section, you will see the best prevention plans for your profile, as well as your recommended and already completed plans. What's more, your final reports will be stored and available to you at all times in the health folder.

Follow these simple steps to access the plans:

• Registering or signing in to your Quiero Cuidarme Más app

• Access the Prevention Plans feature

• Discover the recommended plans based on your profile and activate the best one for you

• Complete the health questionnaire to obtain detailed information about your current health condition.

• When completed, accept the permission to share your details

• The coach will receive your information and questionnaire responses and have access to your indicators and health folder (subject to your permission)

• The coach will offer personalised recommendations, provide information, monitor tests, and arrange referrals to other specialists if necessary
