If you don't have any plans, we recommend this exciting documentary by Fundación Integralia DKV with testimonies from people with disabilities
How often do you keep switching channels and find there's nothing you want to watch on TV? If this happens to you during the Easter holidays, we strongly recommend you to take a look at the documentary "Yo elijo trabajar" (I choose to work), which includes the stories of several employees of the Fundación Integralia DKV, sharing their day-to-day experience in the workplace, but also their more personal side, with contributions from close relatives and images of their lives outside the workplace. They show what the Foundation has meant for them, what added value work brings to their lives, and how one can live with a serious disability.
“When you have a disability, you come up against a lot of negative responses in the workplace. Integralia gives you the opportunity to believe in yourself and show that if you want to, you can, nobody sees your disability, but your skills and everything you can do,” explains Javier de Oña, Deputy Director of the Fundación Integralia DKV and one of those appearing in the documentary.
